About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

chinese passport, live in US, have meeting 7 days in Hong Kong . Do i need visa?

I have chinese passport, but live in US (permanent resident). I will go to Hong Kong for meeting for 7 days from US, then go to shenzhen.

I think you need to apply for the entry permit from Chinese embassy in the USA in advance. It takes 4 to 6 weeks to deal with your application. You should prepare your passport, filled application form and two recent passport photos, detailed information on your guarantee (if you have) in HK and the procedure fee.
