Hi We want to buy a train ticket from Beijing to Xi'an for 26 June 2014. We will arrive in China on 24th June but we would like to book the train ticket online before we arrive in China. Can you tell me:- Is it possible to collect the ticket from Beijing International Airport?- Alternatively, is it possible for the ticket to be delivered to our hotel in Beijing for the hotel to accept delivery on our behalf before we arrive in China?Thank you

Dear James, Thank you for enquiry!foreign passengers can only collect their tickets at railways stations by presenting the original passport  and order number. so you can not pick up your ticket at the airport. We provide delievery service to your hotel. The hotel (as long as you reserve rooms) will accept the ticekt before you arrive and give it to you when you check in.

Dear Marianne, Thank you for enquiry!Yes, we can deliver the tickets to a hostel. If you book with us, the service fee is USD 10 per ticket, and the delivery fee is USD 8, so all you need pay is the ticket price + USD 10 × numbers of tickets + USD 8.
