Hi, I ordered goods from China over a month ago and still no results

I have ordered other goods as well. I have received everything besides the one with RC891626553CN track number. Please tell me what can be the reason for such delay? China post tracking information shows that it is in 10010200, from 15of April and nothing happens till then.

Hey, I think it's time for you to contact the sender and ask help from him. He might help you contact the China Post and figure out what happened to your parcel.

Thanks for answer, I tried to ask them for help, but they say that cannot do anything, it is the problem of shipping company.
