Bus Line

Hi which bus can i take from Pudong airport to South railway station?
Is it bus line 7?Just want to be sure.Are bus stations marked in english as well?
I've never been in China before so I'm a little bit scared that I'll be lost :)
I would like to continue then to Zhangjiajie.
