I was born on 24-03-1965 at 9.30 am morning and not successsful for the past many years.

Just be confident first! Do set up some targets and try to realize them one by one. Till the end, u will find how successful you are. Besides, u should get along with people around you, who may help you from time to time. By doing theses, you will be successful in the future. Come on.
