About:FAQ on China Postal Service

about my package ..My tracking number is RC735886783CN

It's stuck on Departure from outward office of exchange since April 22.
Why is it taking so long is there a problem?

No, there is not any problem. There may not updated info online for long, but your parcel is always moving. I believe it is close to the destination now. Just check it at ur local post office in the next weekend.
