From X2 visa to X2 with another university

Hi, i'm Italian. I've have an X2 visa and I would like to study at Fudan University located at Shanghai, Could I get a new visa at my local PSB once sponsored by the university?

As I know, you don't need to renew a visa. Just during your stay in SH, you should renew the residence permit for another university. For details, I suggest you consult Fudan University or SH PSB!
