About:Tibet Travel Tips

Is one able to get a visa for China and just travel all over the country with no specific itinerary just kind of go where the mood strikes?

Besides Tibet, you can go anywhere with your visa.
If you want to enter Tibet, you still need to get a Travel Permit from a Chinese tour agency and join a tour group to that place.
