About:China Postal Service

still waiting for this package to be delivered to China!

It is now the month of May and still no news or updates on the where abouts of this package. Can anybody assist me auth whom I should contact to get this issue resolve? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If nothing about your order can be tracked online, you should contact the seller or sender about the tracking number. If there is info online without update for long, you can just wait or contact China Post by trying to dial 86-11185!

I did contact China post at that number. However, I was informed I needed to contact EMS at 11183. I've tried and have resulted in no luck.

This has been the worse experience I've ever encountered as far as shipping to China is concern.
