Beijing to Datong by bus

From the airport, there is no bus to DT. The buses from Beijing to DT all start from Liuliqiao Long-distance Bus Station.

From the airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 7 to its terminal at the West Railway Station. Then you can take a taxi for Liuliqiao Long-distance Bus Station and the bus station is about 35.km from the west railway station.
If you do not want to use the taxi, you can use the subway trains from west railway station to Liuliqiao. You need to walk to the West Railway Station to take the subway line 9 to Liuliqiao Station. Get out of the station from Exit D and you can see the long-distance bus station.

The schedule is 07:10, 07:40, 08:20, 09:00, 09:40, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:40, 13:40, 13:50, 14:30, 14:40, 15:30, 15:40, 16:00, 16:30, 16:50, 17:30 and 18:00. The bus costs around 5 hours on the road.
