is there a free shuttle bus to Panorama by Rhombus hotel from Kowloon station in HK, thank you.

There is no free shuttle bus from Kowloon Station to your hotel.

If you want to reach your hotel directly from the airport, you can take the public bus line A21 to reach Mody Road, Chatham Road South Station and then walk to your hotel.
