Is it possible to spend night at top of WDS? If yes can someone recommend where we can stay?

Yes, of course. You can stay one night on the mountain. It is suggested to stay overnight at the Raven Ridge Park area and the Zong Ming Yuan Hotel, about 100m from the park is suggested for you. The price is around 150RMB per room if you do not go there in holidays.
