STAKING IN CHINA WITH A DOG FOR 24 DAYS

We are about to make a trip from Amsterdam to Beijing by car.
We are entering China-Kashgar on July 30 and leave China -Beijing by air on August 24 by air. (car will transported by ship back to the Netherlands).
A verry small dog Chihuahua (1.8 kg) is travelling with us with all the necessairy paperwork (i.e. passport, Healt certificates ) .
Is the dog allowed to enter China without going into quarantaine?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

After taking car to get into China to Kashgar, you need to take your dog to the Entry & Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau there for examination by showing all the necessary paperwork. Then you can take your dog to travel in China.
