Is it any place there where is possible play windsurf? if yes, is it the right season to go and play windsurf?Any suggestion for accommodation and something to do?We are planning to stay just 3 days, from the 30th of may to 2th of june.

It is suggested to go Shanghai to take a flight for Haikou. As I know, the Xixiu Beach is a good place for the windsurf. The climate is so good and the temperature is comfortable for the whole year, so you can go there for windsurfing any time of the year. For accommodation, Jinjiang Inns Haikou Dongfeng Bridge is a great choice if you want to live in budget ones. Baohua Harbour View Hotel is suggested if you want to find comfortable ones.
