No, it is not lost. NULL is just a technique problem of the tracking system of China Post when the status is translated from Chinese to English! Actually, PVG refers to Shanghai Pudong Airport and CAN refers to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. NULL refers to that your parcel was delivered to the two airports for check. By now, it should have left China for the destination. Just wait!
