Where may I get an Easy Card on Taiwan Island?

I'm planning to spend 2 months in Taichung, Taiwan. I would like to know if there is an EasyCard wich I can use in different transportation types, or how exactly does transportation works on Taichung. Thank you for the information.

I think the TaiwanEasy Go Card is much suitable.
It is similar as the EasyCard in Taipei, but it is more widely used in Taichung. Its usage is similar with the Easy Card.
