About:FAQ on China Postal Service

RB374020411CN not able to trace it as it is showing null

i booked the order on 20th april still nor received

Null status means there is a technical problem in the China Post website, so don't worry. Your parcel was delivered to airport since april 30th, also you have to track it in your country post office website.
