Hi, I've been waiting for an item I bought at Pandawill.com, and it has been well over a month, it's still stuck at PEK and null.

NULL here doesn't mean that your parcel is abnormal. It refers to that the package was delivered to Beijing Capital Airport (PEK) for customs check, after which it would be sent overseas. Usually it would stay in the airport for no more than a week, so it must have left China by now. Jus wait for it patiently.
