i had a order with tracking number RA036224328CN...how do i get it???

Are you sure about the tracking number? It was posted in Oct. 2013 and you still don't get it? If so, you should contact the seller or sender ASAP. If he or she also has no idea, you are advised to contact China Post for further consultation! I remember the hotline is 86-11185.
