Hello, I'm going to China in this September, and currently I'm studying in Bern, Switzerland. As a Latvian, can I apply my Chinese visa in Bern instead of back to Riga? How much do I need to pay for the application if it is possible to apply in Bern? And are the requirements stay the same as the Chinese embassy in Latvia? Thanks!
