how to go from hong kong disneyland to hung hom station?

You can take the local public bus line A21 to reach Lantau Link Toll Plaza Station and then take the bus line R8 to the Disneyland Resort directly.

from disneyland how can i reach polin monastery and ngon ping 360? and from this places how do i get back to our hotel in hung hom bridal tea house hotel

From Disneyland, you can take the MTR to Sunny Bay Station, where you can transfer to Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung Station. Then walk to the cable car station, where you can take the cable car up to the Ngong Ping 360. Then you can walk about 650 yards to Polin Monastery.

After visiting, still take the cable car down, and then head to Tung Chung Station to take the MTR to Nam Cheong Station, where you can transfer to West Rail Line to Hung Hom Station. Take the Exit B1 and walk about 450 yards, you will reach the hotel.
