About:China Postal Service

My item RC906066804CN is stuck at NULL and PVG. Do you know why?

The Company I ordered from has no phone no, I have used their contact form 4 times and no answer from them

PVG refers to Shanghai Pudong Airport and NULL here means that your parcel was delivered to the airport for customs check. By now, it may have left China. As its exact transfer place is hard to locate, there is no update these days. Then I suggest you just wait!
