You can take the airport shuttle bus line 5 (Jianguo Hotel Line) to that hotel directly.

I think the nearby Hotel Wharton at NO. 16, Huzhu Road is a pretty nice choice and it is about 500m from the Jianguo Hotel.

When i arrived at the airport how do i get to know where to look out for the Bell Tower (zhonglou) line to Melody Hotel

This line 5 will stop at 22:30.
If the you will reach T3, you can find the bus line at the GTC. If you will reach T2, you can find it outside the Arrival Hall.

I see in this website, line 5 will end the service at 20:30 but i will arrive in xian at 22:00. The remain airportshuttle is line 1 that will stop in bell tower. Would you give me a recommedation a hotel around the bell tower?

Around the Bell Tower, the closest hotel is the Melody Hotel. Then the nearby hotels are the Bell Tower Hotel, Lijing Hotel are suggested. Other hotels may be a little bit hard for you to look for at late night.

Actually, you can take the shuttle bus line 1 to its terminal and then use taxi to reach Jianguo Hotel directly. The distance between the Melody Hotel to your hotel is around 5km, so the taxi fare will not be so high. 22:00 is not so late for the city and you will catch a taxi easily at that time.
