hello, is it normal? my tracking number is RC767759596CN! i don't understand why my parcel is since 17th april in collection

It strange. There is no update for almost twenty days.
But it is hard tell you why it is stuck.
As I know, sometimes, the status online is not the latest one and not the exact one. May be you can wait for about two to three weeks. If you still find no new information, you may need to try to contact the seller for solving the problem.
