Sometimes, it can happen, but no reason can be found. And there is no better method than waiting patiently.

Last time, I ordered such a parcel, traveling to two airports, Beijing and Shanghai and I waited for almost two monthes. At that time, I could not find any information online. Luckily, I got my parcel in the end luckily. Since then I knew, the information online is not always the correct one. So please take it easy and wait patiently.
