Hi, hoping you can help. This parcel was shipped out on the 01/05/14 and I'm still unable to track it. Whenever I try and track it the only answer I get back is  Sorry, no result found for your parcel temporarily. Please make sure you enter the right number or try again later!What be most grateful if you could help me out with finding my parcel.Many Thanks

I helped you to track it and I am sure I enter the right number as you put on this site, but cannot track it. Sometimes, the collecting process takes a long time, so you need to wait a long time to track your parcel. You are suggested to about several days, no longer a week. If still cannot find the status, you need to contact the seller to confirm the tracking number.

This parcel was posted on the 1st May and ever since then have been trying to track it and trying to contact seller, both to which have come up with negative results. Don't know weather to wait another few days then it will be a fortnight, then if nothing I think i will have to open a dispute as I feel I have no other option.Thanks for trying to help with this matter its much appreciated.

Yes, you should wait for one more week. If nothing can be tracked then, you are advised to open a dispute!

Have been trying to contact the seller since last Friday regarding this shipment but I have had no answer from them. I'm beginning to wonder if I have been scammed and the tracking number is indeed a fake one.
