Item stuck in "collection" for a long time

I ordered 2 items from china and they are in "collection" status since a long time.. other items ordered before are now sent to my location..

and
RC241487251CN
can u please help me ?

This situation is really strange.
You can wait for some time. If you still cannot find the latest information, you may need to ask your money back.
