Huanglong - luggage storage and transport to/from

Hi,

we are planning to set off Jiuzhaigou in the morning to visit HL before flying off to chengdu on the same day.
1) Is there a luggage storage area at the Scenic park?
2) If we leave jiuzhaigou at 730am, arrive there at 1030am, take a 4 hour tour in the scenic area, leave at 3pm for jiuhuang airport (arrive at 430pm), depart for Chengdu at 6pm. Is this a comfortable schedule?
3) Are there shuttle buses that goes from HL to Jiuhuang airport and what are the timings in the afternoon?
