About:China Postal Service

Tracking no. Shows parcel is still in China? What should i do?

Hi there. I ordered an item from China about 50 days ago but still haven't received it? Tracking number is RC209863202CN which shows parcel is returned to seller's town. What should i do to get? Can't reach to the seller. Any help. Thanks in Advance

It was not returned to the seller, but it has not been sent out of China. It was still in Hangzhou International. It is suggested to wait for several weeks patiently. If you cannot find any update, you probably need to contact the seller to handle the issue.
