item stuck in pvg with tracking number as rc691890985cn

Question

I have ordered an item on 6th April and the seller has shipped it after 4 days. Trying to track it on 17track.net shows the item is stuck in PVG Airport. The tracking number I have been provided with is RC691890985CN. What could be the reason?Thanks

After the parcel was delivered to the airport, it will wait for suitable airlines to transfer the parcel. Then it will be sent out of China to its destination country. But the data after reaching the airport till the custom in destination country get it cannot be tracked online. It is a normal situations and please do not worry about it. Take it easy and wait patiently.
