On April 3, it was delivered to the Beijing airport and there is no update since then.

It is hard to tell when you can get your parcel. In normal cases, you may get it after your parcel was delivered to the airport. But your situation is strange. It is suggested to wait for another two weeks to check. If you still cannot get your parcel, you can ask for money returning from the seller.
