About:Embassy & Consulate of Israel in China

This is Ruth, I'll apply for student visa to Israel in Sep. Can I apply in Beijing with US passport?

It depends. Actually, you have to provide long-term residence status or Chinese visa if you want to apply in Beijing. Temporary visitors needs to apply in their home country.
