tracking RC312775315CN is of the April 9, 2014 but not yet arrived in Italy. Is there a problem?

No, there is no problem. I just tracked and it showed that your parcel was delivered to CAN - Guangzhou Baiyun Airport for customs check on Apr. 28. By now, it should have left China for the destination. You can just wait!1
