About:Chinese Consulate in New York

I live in Miami? but I will have flight with group from New York travel Agency.

Can I sent my Application and my passport to NYC Travel that they bring it to NYC Consulate for me/ Thank you

I am afraid not, you need to apply from the consulate in Huston instead.
