About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Tracking number not found!

I made an order last week and the supplier informed me this tracking number: RC879599713CN.
But, after using the China Post tracking service, it returns this result: "China Post has not received parcel# RC879599713CN".
What does this means? And how much time China Post needs to make this information available?!

It means that your tracking order is untrackable so far. It usually takes around a week to be trackable. When was your parcel posted by the way?
