About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Parcel status. My tracking number is RC584653524CN.

Hello, I'm worried because my parcel status is "Departure from outward office of exchange" since April 24th, it should be updated to "delivery to airport", right? I don't know if there's a problem.

I'd appreciate your help, thanks!

Yes, you are right. It should be delivered to airport. However, you should know that the actual moves of a parcel are usually much faster than the online update. Don't worry!

Thank you for your answer, you're right! I'm tracking the parcel in my country post office and my parcel is coming to my city now, however the status in China Post still is "Departure from outward office of exchange".
