Can you walk up the stairs in the building to the 100th floor in the Finance Center of Shanghai?

As I know, the visitors cannot walk up the stairs in the tower, unless you attend certain matches.
The information I know is just for reference and not for sure. To make sure, it is suggested to consult the staff in the center when you buy the ticket.
