Australian requires chinese visa in Bogota

I am an Australian citizcen traveling from Bogota to Beijing. Do I need to make an appointment in advance for application? If so, where and how do I make the appointment? If I do not need an appointment do I simply visit the address above? Also how many days does it take to process it?
