About:FAQ on China Postal ServiceWhat does status COLLECTION mean? What about my parcel?China Post received my parcel 28th April. Since then the status COLLECTION has not changed. What is going on there? Why is my parcel stuck there? What is wrong?I need to know when can I receive it to Dubai... I need it before 7th may.. is it possible..Kindly help me pls....

Collection means that the China Post has received your parcel. Since then, your parcel would start to be transported! As for the reason that the online information has not changed so long, it should be that the post office doesn't timely update that. I am sure it is moving. Anyway, would you mind telling me your order and I can check it further?
