Deciding where to give birth

I am a British woman living in China with my Chinese husband, and trying to decide where to give birth. We want to continue to live in China and the baby to attend Chinese schools.

If the baby is born in China, will s/he have trouble becoming British later?

If the baby is born in UK, will s/he be recognised as Chinese? If not, then we may have a problem with schools.

As your husband is a Chinese (he should not be a permanent resident in UK), wherever your baby will be born, he or she will have Chinese nationality. So no need to worry about his attending school in China.
