taiwan cycling tour around the island

We plan to do a cycling tour this year 1st to 14th Oct, checked the weather forecast highest temperature is 29'c and lowest is 19'c, do we need to bring sweater or wind breaker? High chance of rain or typhoon? Appreciate your reply, thank you.

It is suggested to take a wind breaker, because you may meet some wind during the cycling. The sweaters are not necessary. The T-shirts are enough. Rain may easily happen in that place, so the rain gear is necessary, but typhoon may not happen easily. Please do not worry.
