About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Parcel hasn't been received. My parcel is RC585250138CN

Hi I ordered a package and it said that it has been shipped and the tracking number I received from the seller is RC585250138CN and I was just wondering what is going on with my package and when should I receive it.

There is no update about your parcel by now. Well, may I know when it was posted? If it is a new order, you may still need to wait for another week to check it.
