Two trains operate from Shanghai to Zhangjiajie city and they take around 20.5h. Upon arrival at Zhangjiajie Train Station, you can walk to the nearby cable car station to take the cable car to Tianmenshan. To Zhangjiajie National Park, there are direct buses at the Bus Station near the local train station!

For the subsequent trips, you are suggested to visit Chengdu first. From Zhangjiajie, take a train to Huaihua first, where transfer to another train to Chengdu! After that, there are two trains operating from Chengdu to Leshan. Besides train, it is recommended to take a direct bus at Chengdu Xinnanmen Bus Station or Chengbei Bus Station to get to Leshan, which is more convenient!

To fly back to Shanghai, you need to travel from Leshan to Chengdu first and then catch a direct flight to go!

Hope help!
