About:How to Get from Hangzhou to Shanghai

At Hangzhou main train station can I get to the bullet train for Shanghai WITHOUT escalator

I can't use descending escalators. Elevators, stairs and descending elevators are fine. At HZ main train station will I be able to get to the fast train to SH without using a descending elevator? Thanks

Yes, you can avoid that kind of elevators to catch the trains.
If you cannot use the descending escalators, you can use the stairs. Usually, in the train stations in China, the stairs are next to the escalators.

Thanks, Bobbie, but do you know that is actually the case at HZ? I have travelled from other stations in China..some times there is only an escalator.

Please do not worry. The stairs is just next to the escalators in the railway station.
