Tracking number has status NULL

Hi,

My name is Harry, I am from Holland.

I ordered a product in China. The product has been sent but I haven't received it yet. Where is my product? Is it already in Holland or is it still in China? What happened with my product?
The tracking number is RC096809738CN, it has the status NULL.

Can anybody help me please?

NULL here refers to that your parcel was delivered to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, where it would be checked by the customs. After that, it would leave China for the destination. Therefore, everything is normal with your order. Just wait by now!
