About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

London to Shangai and back (via Hong Kong). Is it matchful for the 72-hour visa free policy?

I am flying to Hong Kong from the UK. I also want to visit Shanghai for 60 hours, then fly back to the UK via Hong Kong. Can I apply for the 72 Hour waiver at the airport in Shanghai ? And if I can, do I need to show my return flight to the UK ?

I am afraid not if your return flight will have stopover in HongKong again.
