midnight arrival at chengdu airport advise

Question

Flight arrives CD 12:40 (just after midnight  3 July). Any suggestions of a very close airport hotel for the night?I then want to spend 5 extra nights to a hotel/guesthouse/hostel close to Panda Research Centre (or at least on public transport for easy access to centre). Any recommendations will be much appreciated.Thanks.

The Airport Hotel at No. 1, North Second Road, Shuangliu Airport is suggested for you to stay overnight. For the next few days, you can just stay in the city proper area, so that you can hire a local taxi to the Panda Research center directly. Since I have no idea about your budget, I suggest you some hostels for you. The Lazybones or Flipflop are suggested for you.
