What are the additional fees to receive the train tickets in a hotel in Hong Kong?

We charge USD 8 for delivery service to hotels within China (including Mainland region, Hong Kong, and Macau). There is also a serivce fee of USD 10 per ticket, so the total money you need to pay = ticket price + USD 10×ticket number + USD 8 (delivery fee).
