How to subscribe to internet connection in Guilin

Hi,
I've just moved to an apartment in Guilin with no internet connection. Kindly inform me how to subscribe to a provider in here? And which provider is the good one if we live in Jiugangling Lu area?

Hi, the internet connection of China Telecom is best in Guilin. You can go to a nearby China Telecom office to consult the relevant matters and the price. Also there is a hotline for your convenience - 10000, but it only has Chinese language service for consultation. You can ask a Chinese friend to help you with that!
