What is the Diif Betn Persoalise and Std Octopus Card in HK

I am Tourist and visiting HongKong and Macau in Aug 2014, I would like to know which card will be advantagepous to me for 7 days Touring

If you want to use the airport express to travel to and from HKIA, the airport travel pass is suggested; otherwise, an on-loan octopus card is the best choice.
